Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System

Creighton is a method of natural family planning. It works by teaching women how to track their menstrual cycles to identify times of fertility and other markers of health. This method can be used to avoid a pregnancy, achieve a pregnancy, or monitor a woman's menstrual health. Married couples, single women, breastfeeding mothers, teenagers and premenopausal women can all use the system effectively.
